1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User," "you"), and Bilkins Inc. ("Bilkins," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of bilkins.com as well as any other related media form, mobile application, candidate dashboard, or recruiter portal connected thereto.

By accessing or using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Portal.

2. Candidate Accounts & Registration

In order to apply for healthcare positions, track submissions, save searches, or interact with recruiters, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and professional information.
• Maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true and accurate.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Notify Bilkins immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

3. Candidate Representations & Clinical Credentials

Healthcare candidates who register and submit applications through Bilkins certify that all uploaded resumes, nursing or allied health licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.), clinical skills checklists, educational diplomas, and immunization records are authentic, unaltered, and unencumbered.

Submission of falsified credentials or misrepresentation of clinical experience will result in immediate account termination, revocation of facility submittals, and, where mandated by law, notification to state licensing boards.

4. Healthcare Facility Staffing Requests

Hospital and clinical clients submitting staffing orders or candidate inquiries through the Portal agree to abide by our Master Services Agreement (MSA), client rate schedules, and non-circumvention clauses. Client accounts must be authorized by an executive representative of the healthcare institution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, including its design tokens, source code, backend architectures, logos, text, graphics, and compilation of healthcare job listings, is the proprietary property of Bilkins Inc. and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. No part of the Portal may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Website for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract job data or user profiles.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the server networks.
• Attempting to impersonate another candidate, recruiter, or administrator.
• Using the Portal to transmit unauthorized advertisements, spam, or promotional material.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
