General Benefits
Payroll is done on bi-weekly basis
You will accrue two weeks of vacation per year at the rate of 6.67 hours per month from your date of hire.
Bilkins has six (8) paid holidays each year, including New Year Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve , Christmas Day, .
The plan indemnifies employees for 60% of weekly salary to a maximum of $1,000 per week. Benefits begin on the first day for accidents and the eighth day for sickness. health and dental benefits

Employee Referral Bonuses
We believe that great people usually associate with other great people. If you refer a friend to Bilkins, and Bilkins hires that person, you will receive a $500 bonus! This would be paid to you after the new employee completes 3 months of service.
